Nicolás Rukavina Mikusic is a senior lawyer of Beccar Varela. He joined the firm in 2011.

His practice area includes corporate law with a focus on M&A, the formation and structuring of business entities, corporate governance issues, corporate disputes and general corporate matters related to commercial companies, advising domestic and international clients.

Nicolás obtained his law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (with honors, 2008). He obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2010) and his Master’s in Law from the University of Virginia (2016). Nicolás has been an assistant professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires since 2011, lecturing on civil and commercial companies.

He worked as a foreign associate at Jones Day (New York City, USA, 2016-2017).

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

He speaks Spanish, English, and Croatian (conversational level).
