Julieta Clur is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2016.
Her practice areas include litigation and arbitration. She also has experience in capital markets, banking, and corporate law.
Julieta obtained her Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2019). In 2018 she obtained a scholarship, granted by the Universidad de Buenos Aires, to carry out an academic exchange program at l’ Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium (2018 – 2019).
Julieta is an assistant professor in New Technologies, Intellectual Property, and Internet at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is the author of an article on the use of neuroscientific evidence in the judicial process called “La neuroimagen: ¿un nuevo medio de prueba?”, included in “Neurociencias y Derecho I” (Dir. D. Pastor and M. Roca, Editorial Hammurabi, Buenos Aires, 2019).
She speaks Spanish, English, and French.
